Dorothy Webb is on the Employer Services team from the Office of Child Support Enforcement.  She serves as the lead for the e-NMSN program as well as the Employer Portal.  Prior to her time with OCSE, Dorothy worked for Indiana’s Child Support Bureau as well as the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, Child Support Division.  Dorothy is in her 22nd year of supporting the child support program. 

This session will provide payroll professionals with practical strategies for optimizing child support withholding processes from receipt of an income withholding order through remittance and reporting. Participants will review best practices for handling multiple orders, calculating withholding limits, managing employee terminations and leaves of absence, and maintaining compliance with varying state requirements. The session will also explore process improvements, technology solutions, and internal controls to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and strengthen overall compliance.

Cancellation Policy - Due to our contractual obligations HRPAYO does not allow cancellations.  However, we do allow for substitutions to the meeting as long as HRAPA is notified within 1 day of the meeting.
